Currently the Beach House offers 11 beautifully designed suites that can accommodate up to 30 guests, making it perfect for intimate gatherings, family celebrations, or small group retreats. For larger events such as weddings or corporate functions, we partner with Serena Beach Restaurant, which can host up to 350 guests for receptions and special occasions.
Yes! We offer exclusive hire of The Beach House for wedding blessings, corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions. This gives you complete privacy and access to our stunning beachfront property, landscaped gardens, private beach area, and rooftop terrace. Contact our events team to discuss your specific requirements and we’ll create a tailored experience for you.
We’ve partnered with the island’s best providers to offer a wide range of experiences including scenic boat trips, private boat hire, watersports, Scuba Diving and snorkeling excursions. Guests can also enjoy pre booked yoga or pilates classes and paddleboarding. Our reception team can create personalised itineraries based on your interests.

Late check-in at Sirena Bay Beach House is seamless and stress-free. If you’re arriving after reception hours, please contact us in advance at hello@sirenacyprus.com or call reception on +357 23 83 30 30 to arrange your late arrival. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions for self-check-in, including your room number and access code. Your key card or key bracelet will be ready for collection at our secure key box located at the main entrance. Our team ensures that late-arriving guests receive all necessary information to access the property and their suite comfortably, regardless of arrival time.
If your key bracelet or key card stops working during your stay at Sirena Bay Beach House, please visit the reception desk during operating hours (8am – 5pm) and our staff will immediately reprogram or replace it for you. If this occurs outside of reception hours, you can use the messaging service through your television screens in your room or contact our 24-hour emergency number provided in your welcome information, and a member of our team will assist you promptly. Key cards can occasionally become demagnetized when placed near mobile phones or other electronic devices, so we recommend keeping them separate. We’re always available to ensure uninterrupted access to your suite and the property facilities.
Express check-out at Sirena Bay Beach House is simple when reception is closed. If departing early before reception opens, simply leave your key card or key bracelet in your room. Any outstanding charges will be processed using the payment card details provided at check-in. If you have any questions about your final bill or need assistance with late check-out arrangements, please contact reception the day before your departure to ensure a smooth and hassle-free checkout experience.
Sirena Bay Beach House offers convenient parking for all guests. Free parking spaces are available at the public beach car park located at the entrance to Sirena Bay. Follow the signage to the beach house and reception area. If you have a specific parking requirement or assistance, locating the car park on arrival please call our reception team who’d be happy to provide directions and guidance.
Early check-in and late check-out at Sirena Bay Beach House are available subject to availability and suite occupancy. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. If you’d like to request early check-in before 3:00 PM or late check-out after 11:00 AM, please contact our reception team in advance at hello@sirenacyprus.com or call reception on +357 23 83 30 30. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on the day’s bookings. Additional charges may apply for guaranteed late check-out. Luggage storage is complimentary if your room isn’t ready upon early arrival or after checkout, allowing you to enjoy our beach facilities and grounds.
Once you’ve parked your car, accessing Sirena Bay Beach House is straightforward. Walk towards the main Beach House entrance where you’ll find clear signage directing you to reception. During check-in hours, our reception staff will welcome you and provide your key card or key bracelet, along with directions to your suite. The property features landscaped garden pathways leading to all accommodation areas. Your key card grants access to the main building, communal areas including the private beach area, gardens, and rooftop terrace. For late arrivals with pre-arranged self-check-in, follow the instructions provided via email to collect your access key from the secure key box.
If you experience any problem with your room or suite at Sirena Bay Beach House, please contact reception immediately during operating hours (8am – 5pm), and our housekeeping or maintenance team will resolve the issue promptly. For urgent matters outside reception hours, message us through your television screens in your room or call our 24-hour emergency contact number provided in your welcome pack or room directory. Whether it’s air conditioning, plumbing, electrical issues, or any other concern affecting your comfort, we prioritize guest satisfaction and will address problems quickly. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, and we appreciate you bringing any room issues to our attention so we can fix them immediately.
Baby cots at Sirena Bay Beach House are provided free of charge for families traveling with infants and young children. Please inform us when booking your accommodation or contact reception in advance to reserve a cot for your suite. We recommend early reservation, especially during peak summer season, to guarantee availability. High chairs are also available for use in our dining areas at no additional cost. Our family-friendly Beach House accommodation welcomes guests of all ages. If you wish to book an extra bed, some of our suites will accomodate this, however, extra charges will apply. Our accommodation features 11 boutique-style suites including an exclusive 3 bedroom apartment and an luxurious Bridal Suite, all with sea views, modern amenities and elegant design. Property facilities include beautifully landscaped communal gardens, 150 meters of private beach shoreline, an exclusive rooftop terrace for Beach House guests, sun loungers and umbrellas, and direct beach access. We partner with Serena Beach Restaurant offering a beachfront bar and restaurant with live entertainment from May to September. Additional facilities and services include complimentary welcome basket on arrival, water, coffee machines and toiletries, Wi-Fi, 24-hour emergency support, reception desk services (8am – 5pm), pre- booked yoga and pilates classes.
For our guests’ convenience, we keep all lost items, valuables, or other found property for a period of three (3) months from the date our personnel found them. However, we have no obligation to contact our guests to inform them of any found items. If we are not notified by our guests that they have lost specific items, valuables, or property within three (3) months from their departure (check-out date), our hotel will not have any obligation to return them. It is our policy to dispose of any lost items, valuables, and property found in our hotel in this time. In the event of any return of lost items, valuables, or property to you, the postage or courier costs will be borne by our guests.
