Reservations:
Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment and a confirmation email from the apartment provider.
Payment Policy:
Rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include all applicable taxes. Extra charges will be applied for additional guests not included in the original reservation. All our rates are for stays on bed only basis, unless differently specified. All the reservations must be pre-paid, according to the selected rate:
• Standard Rate: guest’s credit card will be charged within 21 days before arrival.
• Non-Refundable Rate: guest’s credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the reservation.
Different rates/payment policies might apply in case of corporate clients and/or group reservations, at the discretion of the hotel.
We accept major credit cards (except American Express) and cash
Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
Standard Rate: no cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellations within 21 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the cancellation/no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation.
Non-refundable Rate: no refund will be made in case of cancellation or no-show.
Any amendment to the reservation date and/or number of guests must be requested and confirmed in writing to: hello@sirenacyprus.com
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 15:00 of the arrival day.
Check-out time is at 11:00 of the departure day.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, cannot be confirmed in advance and charges may apply. Please contact the Front Office on your arrival / departure day to confirm an early check-in or late check-out.
*We offer luggage storage free of charge to all our guests on the arrival and departure day.*
Collection of key fob is at reception between the hours of 15.00 -19.00. Outside these hours access to the key will be made availible to you via a coded box. At check-in, all guests must present a valid form of government issued photo identification (Passport or ID), including the accompanying guest, if any. Guests must be 25 years of age or older, underage guests must be accompanied by an adult.
There is a choice of key card or key bracelet to access hotel rooms and will be provided to guests who are 25 years or older and must be returned to the Front Office upon check-out. A charge of €10 per no returned bracelet or card will apply.
Rooms:
Sirena Beach House offers double rooms. All rooms are double bedded (queen size bed) and have an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Twin beds may be availible on request and must be agreed before arrival. Charges may apply.
Rooms’ maximum occupancy is of 2 adults.
We can provide the option of a baby cot for your convenience in case of one child up to 4 years old.
• The cost for a baby cot is 15 Euros per night. You can request an extra bed or baby cot by writing to hello@sirenacyprus.com
Ground floor rooms are equipped and suitable for guests with disabilities, kindly book this type of room.
Smoking Policy:
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, all rooms at Sirena Beach House are designated as non- smoking rooms. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony* of the rooms, and in the communal outside seating areas.
Guests found smoking in non-smoking areas may be subject to additional cleaning fees and/or legal actions.
*Please note that not all rooms have a balcony.
Damage and Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property or loss of hotel property during their stay, however caused. Charges for damage or loss will be applied to the guest debit / credit card on file.
Parking:
Sirena Beach House has limited parking due to its location on the beach.There are a few parking options (on a first come, first served basis) nearby (fees may apply). You can contact the Front Office in case you need more information.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our hotel unless pre arranged before arrival (charges may apply) Lost & Found Any item found in the rooms after guests’ check-out will be securely stored for a maximum of 3 months. Based on guests’ instructions, the items will be returned or delivered under guest’s cost, via post office or courier managed by the guest.
Noise and Disturbances:
We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others and maintain a peaceful environment within the hotel. Loud parties and disturbances that disrupt other guests' comfort are not permitted. Lighting fires and fire works are not permitted anywhere on the property or private beach. Bar B
Que’s must only be in the designted areas and pre arrangement with the manager.
Right of Admission / Guest Policy:
Sirena Beach House reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason, including non- compliance with our terms and conditions or disruptive behaviour. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Any additional guests must be reported to the front desk and may incur extra charges.
No Stag or Hen parties are allowed.
Parking Details/Policy :
The hotel offers a limited amount of dedicated parking facilities, due to the beach house location / close proximity to the beach a short walk is reqired to access the property. If you have specific requirements please inform us before your arrival. The dedicated parking is based on pre booking and
availibity.
In addition there are some public parking areas available in the surrounding area of the house. We kindly ask you to follow these guidelines while parking in the area:
1. Please park your vehicle only in designated parking spots or areas. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or entrances.
2. Please pay attention to the signs and parking regulations in the area. Some parking spots may be reserved for residents, disabled persons, or for a limited time.
3. Please note that the Sirena Beach House is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur to your vehicle while parked in the area.
4. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the surrounding area, and avoid making excessive noise or littering.
5. Please do not leave any valuables or personal belongings visible inside your car. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the House is located.
Liability:
Sirena Beach House is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, theft or loss of personal belongings that occur on the hotel premises, due to guest’s negligence. For the avoidance of doubt this includes inside the rooms communal areas and the grounds.
Liablity for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes provided.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable legislation. Please refer to our website for more information on how we handle your data.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The hotel reserves the right to modify our terms and conditions at its absolute discretion. The most up-to-date terms and conditions will be available on our website and can be requested at the Front Office.
